Top 3 Ways to Use Shapes

Last week, we explored how you can use color in your Handmarking – but that was just the tip of the iceberg! There are so many different ways to spice up your Handmarking and make each piece uniquely yours.

Our tags, pendants, sliders, and charms have multiple shapes to fit your every mood. Check out our top 3 ways to use shapes in your Handmarking!

Tags, from Hearts to Hexagons

We offer six different tag shapes that can be Handmarked, either as a set of earrings or a single tag placed onto a necklace or bracelet. Before you select your tag shape, you should first decide what you want to Handmark. If you are Handmarking one long word, you may opt for the Slim Oval Tag, which would allow you to Handmark the word vertically from top to bottom on the tag. Or you may be Handmarking a meaningful phrase for a loved one – in this case, you’d want the Heart Tag! What you want to Handmark should influence what tag shape you choose.

Large Teardrop, Circle, and Heart Pendants

These large pendants from our Endless Possibilities Collection have lots of room for creativity! The open space of these pendants are perfect for attaching charms, gems, or tags within the pendant itself. You can decide which pendant shape will look best with whichever charm or tag you will be attaching to the pendant. If you have a Small or Medium Round Tag, the Circle Pendant would make a great pairing! You can decide which pendant shape will best complement your Handmarks creation.

Square or Oval Slides

Handmarks offers two different types of slides: Square or Oval. You can Handmark anything you like on these slides, so you can choose which slide shape will better suit your word or phrase! Think about how the letters will be arranged on the slide – if there are four words in your chosen phrase, you might opt for the Square Slide, so there will be one word for each side of the square
